Limitations
The Invictus Margin Lending fund is live since mid August 2019. Since this period is pretty short, it's hard to predict how the perfomance will be over a longer period. The fund is not available for US citizens.
Procedure
Deposit is sent to provider smart contract. IML tokens are returned. Provider lends deposit to margin traders on exchanges (currently only Bitfinex). Depending on earned interest, IML price rises. IML can be redeemed anytime and deposit including earned interest will be returned.
Fees
Service: 2% management, 20% performance for the part above 6% APY, 15% platform of the exchanges the deposit is lent. Fee is already deducted from displayed APY.
